From the moment you enter you feel special. Coats taken, coffee ordered we were taken upstairs for our appointment. Attentive staff, superb treatments and a lovely friendly atmosphere. Superb and will definitely be back when in Canterbury.

I called ahead and explained someone had gone into the back of my car in the car park and I would be a few minutes late. It was explained that would mean that my childrens’ hair may need to be cut one after the other rather than simultaneously, which I gratefully accepted. When I arrived there was plenty of muttering and annoyed glances between certain staff that we were 15 minutes late. I was a little shaken and whilst I understand tardiness is difficult to manage I am a return customer and I would not wish to make anyone feel uncomfortable about an unavoidable situation - the customer service was disappointing and insincere. However the lovely young staff who cut their hair were both friendly and professional and made the experience overall a positive one.

Absolutely everyone at The Chair has been amazing and welcoming, especially Sophie who was absolutely brilliant at fixing my hair and making sure I’m happy with it.
