Have been a client at the colour room for over 10 years now and have always received 10/10 service and professional advice regarding my hair colour and cut. I have recently had my hair coloured by Kate who has done a fabulous job achieving what I was hoping to leave the salon with and Monique who has cut my hair into a gorgeous shape and provided me with advice on how to grow out a full fringe I want to do away with asap. Both girls help me to feel relaxed during my experience at the colour room, are extremely lovely and I am looking forward to returning in 6-8 weeks. Great job! I scored lower on the environment because my gown/coat had holes in it!! Probably should have pointed it out as in the past I've always been presented with a lovely fresh new one :) and I was cold! Also I've seen changes in the salon over the years I really liked the flowers that had been put out in front of clients but they seemed very sparse.
