Always friendly and the service is always excellent. The environment is usually great. Unfortunately they have had a recent flood but still deserve the 10! Wouldn’t let anyone but Hannah cut my hair now.

I always leave The Colour Room delighted with my colour, cut and overall experience. Sean leads a wonderful team where nothing is too much trouble and there is always a warm, friendly atmosphere. This is my first cut (with Sean) and colour (with Kate) since before Covid closures and I am transformed; I couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for a salon where you will love every second of your experience and leave with outstanding results then I would go nowhere else. The whole team are a joy to be around and you couldn’t be in safer hands.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Gemma and paisley did my hair today along with a lovely young lady. Had a complete change of colour from an old build up of brown and black to a nice chestnut colour with a few highlights. Everyone has said it looks georgous and I love it. Oh and thanks for the bacon sandwich delivered to my seat. Superstars. I will be back again as I love it in there. From someone who has previously been in the industry I can be very fussy about my hair. I’ve never left the colour room yet where my hair hasn’t been right.

I am not one to write reviews although I do like to check them out before I try anywhere new! I had been going to Toni & Guy for years and when it closed down I was unsure where to go! I had thought many times about trying the Colour Room but never plucked up the courage to try it! I need n't have been concerned! This is my third visit now to the Colour Room and certainly have no complaints. Staff are very friendly. I received a great head massage and hair wash and Paisley who has cut and coloured my hair is excellent. She listens to what you want, discusses how she can achieve it and takes a pride in ensuring you are happy with the look. Would definitely recommend.
