I said 8 for environment as the salon was quite cold this visit, saying that I appreciate it is a large area to heat. The staff were warm & friendly as always. I have been a client @ Colour Room for 9 yrs, so you will always receive an accurate unbiased comment. Have recommended friends & family.

Everything perfect service wise - only negative feedback would be ceiling brings the feel of the place down - cracked/stained tiles, especially near AC, bulbs out etc. Everything else great though.

Really love coming to the colour room. Always been please with the fabulous colours used on my hair- Thank you Holly . And it’s always a pleasure to sit and chat to Lauren. She is so welcoming, friendly and has a smile on her face. So big shout out to Lauren!! Looking forward to The Colour Room bring my regular salon from now on.
