I had got used to visiting a salon, being disappointed with the result, certainly not wanting to go anywhere other than straight home to blow dry it myself to try to get it looking better, and then hoping it would "settle down" in a few weeks. I can get Jenny to cut and blow dry my (awkward) hair, then happily arrange anything for straight afterwards because she sends you out looking good, feeling good.

Ian at the Harpenden cutting room gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I am delighted and he took such care with my fringe which I’m very sensitive about. It was worth the journey from Radlett to Harpenden. Better than West End!

This was my first visit to the salon. From the very beginning I was greeted by a smile and made to feel very welcome. When I sat down I was asked if I wanted tea/coffee I then met my hairdresser Charlotte who listened to me when I explained what I wanted, she also gave me some good advise. As a ex~hairdresser myself I felt in very good professional hands. Today I had some low lights and a cut and blow dry, I love my hair and I’m definitely returning back.

I would usually go to London for a haircut as it seemed impossible to find a good cut locally, but Jenny at the Harpenden salon is excellent. She will spend the time to listen to what you would like, and will also adjust the end result if needed.The quality of the cut has always been first rate, and she takes care to make the style suit your face.I would not hesitate to recommend her to my (very fussy!) friends and family.

I am really impressed with the consistently good quality cut I get from a Charlotte. Like many women, my confidence is greatly affected by how I feel about my hair. Thank you Charlotte for giving me such a boost!

Excellent cut from jenny, with great care taken to find out what I wanted, what the likely problem areas were (I have very peculiar hair!). I wish I had come here sooner- have been trailing through salon after salon trying to find a comfortable haircut.
