Great service as always in a relaxed and comfortable environment. I had my treatment with the salon owner Surinder today, very professional and passionate about her work. Surinders is always very informative with the beauty advice she gives out and always friendly. I would definitely reccomend for all beauty treatments.

Unfortunately my experience with the therapist was not very positive, i wasn't asked about how my last treatment was, I had to remind her to cover my beauty spots and the 1 to 10 approach wasn't used and each time I had to tell her it was hot. I was hit on the jaw on two occasions which wasn't pleasant. She also struggled to use the equipment. The therapist came across as lacking confidence and experience and I had to ask her not to do the second form of treatment as it wasn't bearable. This experience does not reflect my overall experience of the beauty wardrobe and my last experience of treatment was fantastic as has been my overall treatments. I am a long standing customer and will avoid booking the therapist. I shared my concerns at the end of my visit and these were acknowledged so thank you!

Always a lovely experience. I had my eyebrows done, feeling great when I left. Booked SopranoIce for unwanted hair. Looking forward to it. The consultation and patch test went great. Advice professional and caring. I would recommend The Beauty Wardrobe to anyone.
