Second visit and was lucky enough to get the same beautician who remembered me which was nice. In addition, lucky enough that they had a cancellation as my life is erratic and I cant really book far in advance. This is one of the advantages of N&B in that they seem to have a good number of staff so can accommodate the odd short notice booking requests. Service was fantastic and Michelle (the owner) courteous and friendly on arrival and departure. Only reason that a mark has been lost on value for money and referral is that I had a £10 voucher from the salon for my birthday. Had I not I think £65 may have been right on top end. HOWEVER, I probably would pay full price for me but think some of my friends may not be quite so willing. Overall, I really rate the salon and think the venue itself is a cut above most in Reigate & Redhill area. Keep up the good work. You have my repeat custom.
