Overall good service! Lady from reception (sorry I forgot the name) she was very attentive very polite and so lovely to deal with she set the tone nicely and made me very comfortable! Lady that did my gel nails was very gentle professional and truly made me feel pampered! Loved the the final touch of hand cream and gentle hand massage to soak in the cream! On the technical side: I was called at 10am to let me know I was late for my appointment even though my appointment was not until 12pm and it got cancelled because there was no availability. At 12pm I was told I was late again for my appointment, I stated that previous caller cancelled my appointment as my name was not on the system! Eventually second caller managed to get me sorted with an availability to get the nails of my dreams done!

Okay £30 for a pedicure and £40 for gel manicure ahead of a weeks holiday. The pedicure smudged before I even got home despite wearing flip-flops, I believe this is because there was no quick drying topcoat used and certainly no implement used to speed up the drying process. Four days into my holiday the gel manicure had chipped as well and it looked awful; I would’ve fully expected it to last for two weeks as they do usually. I emailed while away and arranged to go in on my return; I was offered a “repair” but I chose to have it removed. In fairness the staff offered an apology and this was done without charge, but frankly that is the very least that I would have expected. I had read the reviews of the salon (which is why I went in the first place) but based on my experience I am not sure that I would return
