I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment time as the text message I got reminding me about my appointment gave a time 15 minutes earlier. I went straight to a table and had foils put on my fingers to remove the old polish and there I was left for 20 minutes. The promise of looking through colours was made but never materialised. Then my time came and I felt very rushed. Having been here several times before, this wasn't my best experience. For £30, I didn't feel I had spent my. Onesy wisely and considering I was going back here for my wedding manicure and pedicure, I will have to re-think. A very disappointing experience. Sorry guys.

Thank you for your recent review regarding your appointment with us, It does however concern me to see you were not entirely happy. I would like to take this opportunity to rectify this if possible. I am not sure why your confirmation text said to come in at 7pm as you were due in with us at 7.15pm, if you could provide us with a copy of this so that I can contact our service centre I will be able to find out why you were sent the wrong information In view of the fact your nails were wrapped earlier than your scheduled appointment time it may have felt that you were left for longer than you should have been, however I do know that you had a glitter fade on your nails and when my colleague Donna checked the nails they were not ready to be safely removed. The fact you were not given the colours to look through in this time was an omission on our part and for this I apologise. We have recently taken on two new members of staff who are still learning our processes and this is something that normally is done as soon as you arrive and have been wrapped. When we reached the point where we were able to do your nails, I apologise if you felt rushed, this was most definitely not our intention, Carla was just conscious that you had been waiting and that both you and your son were most probably keen to get home in the dry. As you have returned to us on numerous occasions, I am sure that you agree when I say that usually both our services and professionalism are second to none in the area? We are a very friendly salon, and I would have been more than happy to receive a call from you this morning to talk through your concerns during last night’s visit and hopefully leave you in absolutely no doubt that we are the right salon to choose in the local area to do your wedding nails. I do hope this is still the case after reflection, customer service is something we pride ourselves in, I can only apologise that last night’s experience wasn’t quite up to the usual standard, although I am sure you are still very pleased with the end result and hope this is a consolation to you? Please feel free to call and discuss this with me if you feel it necessary, and also have a chat regarding your requirements for your special day, we are already taking bookings for wedding parties in the new year so I urge you to get the date you require booked in with us very soon.
