Michelle has a beautiful salon here in Reigate with well trained friendly staff. It's not just getting your nails done - it's a pleasurable experience! The staff - Nicki on Reception, Sally, Jesse (great facial thanks Jesse) and Michelle herself who did a wicked Spa pedicure for me. As usual brilliant manicure and pedicure but again the little luxuries that make this salon special were forgotten. Wasn't even offered any refreshment this time although I had three treatments and and was in the salon for over an hour.
