It's more pricey than some other salons but there is the reward system and you can save money buying courses - this has made it more affordable for me definitely. Staff are lovely and never pushy.

I think the only thing that is missing is the little extras that make the visits worth that little bit more than the competition. Whilst we know we’re in COVID, it would be good to be able to have a disposable cup of coffee, or a little treat bag to get you through a longer visit - today we were in the salon for 3 hours but could only be given a glass of water

I have rated the professional advice based on previous visits because I didn't require any advice on this occasion. I have regular treatments however this was my first one with Sadie; it was brilliant! I am very pleased.
