I didn’t feel that our experience this afternoon was on a par with the usual service. The girls were quite brusque and when the wrong colour had been brought out I felt like I was an inconvenience when I asked for it to be changed.

Sadly I have to say the polish application to both fingernails and toenails was poor. It was nothing like the standard of finish of the technician I used to have there.

I did feel that my pedicure could have used more of a pumice stone to get rid of the hardened skin that I had to file off when I got home. Also, a bit more confidence from the staff member I had. She was obviously new and very quiet but I also think the rest of the team Could have been warmer towards her.

The technician was lovely and made a great job of cleaning up my very messy nails. She shaped them and sorted my cuticles well. But I’m really disappointed with the application of the gels. There are large gaps down the sides of the majority of my nails and they are not even. I came here for the first time today, having been at another salon for 18 months with a technician who made a fantastic job of my nails. Unfortunately she has decided to move onto a different career so I am having to look for someone else. The experience today was very pleasant, you have a lovely salon, but I’m afraid I won’t be returning.

Not a very relaxing experience - the service felt rushed and my nails don't look great. I felt a bit abandoned at the end of the treatment, being left to remove excess oil myself. When I've been before I felt more pampered, this wasn't the same. I appreciate it's a busy time of year, but it was just disappointing, and I'm not thrilled with the results.

As usual brilliant manicure and pedicure but again the little luxuries that make this salon special were forgotten. Wasn't even offered any refreshment this time although I had three treatments and and was in the salon for over an hour.
