I have sensitive skin. Kelly was first class in her assessment - she made sure that treatments were appropriate. This salon appears to have very high standards when it comes to risk management associated with treatments and the working environment.

The whole experience was as always superb. The experience is truly holistic, the salon is gorgeous to look at, extremely comfortable, smells divine, temperature controlled, beautiful products and a huge range of refreshments. The staff are smiley, chatty and helpful. I always come away feeling relaxed and pampered, feeling like I have spent time with good friends. Wonderful.........Jess aces nails, thank you!

This was the first time I had had a gel manicure and wasn't sure what exactly to expect. Sally was an absolute delight and was so friendly. She did an absolutely fab job on my nails and will definitely be returning soon!
