Lady who did my treatment was clearly having a bad day as grumpy throughout. Quality nowhere near what it usually is.

We have recently had to hire in extra help due to being so busy but we can assure you we have had a little 're vamp' and now have our 'core' team back in place. A lovely relaxing couple of hours spent having gel manicure and essential gel pedicure with Philippa who has recently joined the team of technicians. She was excellent and took time and lots of care with the treatments. She was confident and professional -highly recommended.
