I have been going to The Purcell Rooms for a number of years now for both my hairdressing and beauty. Michael's top priority is customer service and he goes out of his way to ensure that he and his staff deliver. All members of staff are very pleasant and greet customers' with a smile and you are always offered refreshments, prior to and during your treatment. It is not often that customers are kept waiting and generally the appointments run to time which is so important in today's busy world. The Salon is tastefully decorated and relaxing. I would not hesitate to recommend this Salon for both hair and beauty treatments and highly recommend one of Sheen's lovely relaxing facials.
