10hrs per day bound to a desk & PC wreaks havoc on my back despite an expensive supportive chair. With Sheena's expertise and knowledge, without fail the tension, burning muscles and the knots in my shoulders are very quickly relieved with a 30 min firm massage. Thank you Sheena.
