Comment
As always the staff were friendly and courteous and eager to please. As a regular client I have come to expect excellent service and on the whole this is what I experience. I have noticed recently that the quality of the head and shoulders massage and the arm and hand massage varies somewhat, with the experienced staff taking considerably more interest and care in ensuring that these are an integral part of the salon experience than those who are new to the salon. These extras are a real treat if done well.
