Very disappointed. Came in for light brown hair and left with a blackberry colour. Found colourist unapologetic and unwilling to admit it was not what I wanted, even when comparing my colour to the reference colour. She did do a special wash to take out some of the over processed ends but it looks awful and I was still charged £50 for it plus told maybe I should cut some of it to lose the pink colour that I now have on the ends. Am really upset about my hair and now have to work out how to rectify it! Which is not why I came to the salon and have been coming to the salon for a number of years.
