My experience from Rye Retreat has been excellent at each of my 3 appointments over the past 18 weeks I have . The Front of house staff are always very pleasant and also efficient. My Stylist is Joanne who is very patient and kind listens to what I would like to have done with my hair and gives me both her time and expertise . I go home holding my head up high and feel like a new women. Lucy, washed my hair and was very thorough and gentle , enquiring if I was comfortable before starting the process she also offered me a hand and shoulder massage which was lovely and relaxing. Thank you to everyone there , especially to Joanne and Lucy ( and it’s the first hair salon that my husband has felt comfortable to sit and wait for me enjoying his coffee and reading their papers
