Comment
The de-stress massage and shampoo were fine, but I felt that my cut and dry was a bit rushed toward the end, no finishing products, which I don't really mind, parting in the wrong place, the cut wasn't checked through as usual and I now have one side slightly longer than the other. I daresay no-one really notices it but I do, especially as it's usually cut perfectly. It's not a major issue but it takes me quite a few hours to earn that amount of money. So I can't help being a little disappointed. Perhaps it was just an off-day.
