Due to my impaired vision/sight disability = l have to reluctantly give a low score for environment as since the recent rebutbisment = now a bit dark for me to see! But as the RR staff are so well trained, and genuine their kindness and empathy towards s me and to customers s who n also need extra help, helps me to f eel safe and comfortable mfortable when visiting the RR , so l can then give a 10/10 for rest of the survey.
