It's always a special treat to have a facial at the retreat. The products are just lovely and the staff always very polite and professional. There is no hard sell on products - and overall the experience is very relaxing. My only minor comments are that you can sometimes hear noises from the salon above and that the lighting is so subdued that I've never felt that my skin has been looked at in proper lighting which has always been done at other salons. The pre andnpost relaxation area is lovely and you never feel rushed.
