Always a warm welcome from the reception team. Standard of cleanliness and hygiene in both hair and beauty sections is 100%. Staff are unfailingly polite, helpful and they smile! They are obviously happy to work at Rye Retreat. It has such a relaxing atmosphere that each time I go, I wish I had booked in for more treatments.
