Welcoming festive environment. Staff friendly and efficient. Very busy today but no feeling of being rushed. Stylists are brilliant - helpful and honest in their suggestions about suitable cuts and treatments. Joanne is a delight! Entertaining and reassuring, she always gives a superb style and cut. More like going to see a good friend than a trip to scary hair place! (Many salons do, unfortunately, fall into that category and you do not feel relaxed - always a bit apprehensive about how your hair may look. We have all one out crying from somewhere!)

So happy with my hair and the service I received today from Rihanna and all the girls at Rye Retreat. I’ve not felt that relaxed and looked after in so long. The girls were all so welcoming and nice but so prefessional too. My hair is incredible, beautiful colour and cut, I will definitely be back thank you. Being able to drink cups of tea with oat milk made it extra special for me too. What a lovely few hours.

I have never, ever had a haircut I haven't been pleased with! And the staff are lovely.
