Had a standby appointment with a new stylist. He was very pleasant and had a good attitude to customer care, however his cutting skills were not to the usual Rye retreat standard and I wasn't happy with the finish of my cut. This was immediately picked up by the management and an immediate offer made to finish the cut with my usual senior stylist. An overall positive experience and excellent customer care. I would always recommend The Rye Retreat . Thank you for your attention to customer care.
