Comment
The reason for less than 10 in the way I was treated is because : on a very hot evening I was shown downstairs by a receptionist with dark short hair with tattoo s who told me to wait on one of the day beds and then went off. She did not offer me a drink of any description not even water, I had to wait for Victoria who was first class to ask for so e water as I was so thirsty. I have been to spas all over the world and the first thing I am always asked is: am I comfortable and is there anything they can get me to drink. My reason for describing the receptionist is I do not want another receptionist being under any suspicion.
