Although more expensive than a local salon (£50 incl tip for a cut and blow dry) I really appreciate the luxury of the environment and the inclusive shoulder massage. I called in on the off chance of an appointment and was fitted in within the hour. Didn't get a hand massage this time (hope you haven't stopped this added perk). All the girls are friendly and professional. The only reason not to recommend you is the price
