I did encounter one or two issues with the treatment, especially taking into account the cost. However, I emailed the salon and they responded immediately and resolved the issues. I will continue to use all the services they offer, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Always a pleasure to receive a treatment at the Rye Retreat. I have oedema in my feet and ankles and my young lady gave me a really lovely pedicure. They are much more comfortable than they were. Thank you.

This is the 3rd time I’ve visited for a cut and blow dry. I don’t have my hair cut frequently and I don’t live in Rye so it’s a real treat for me. The 1st time I visited I was blown away by the level of attentiveness. I couldn’t believe that I was offered a pre wash massage and that my arms were also massaged whilst my hair was being blow dried (as well as the usual head massage when my hair was being washed). It was AMAZING! Sadly today I didn’t feel as spoiled; both the head massages were shorter than 1st experienced and I wasn’t offered arm massages. I do appreciate that sometimes it’s not possible but I feel that being treated in these ways is makes your hairdressers stand out from everyone else. Please continue to make repeat customers feel valued and spoiled! Thank you x

I really enjoyed my visit this morning. My treatments were a real treat and the therapist, Victoria, was professional, engaging and friendly.
