As usual, Mark did a very professional job on my hairstyle. He is an expert and very friendly and entertaining as well. The customer service staff are smiley, welcoming and deal with this busy role in a "nothing is too much trouble" way. I came out feeling relaxed and with shiny, well cut hair. What more can you say?
