Hannah and Livy (?) are lovely, Hannah clearly is a very experienced, skilled stylist and Livy made a conditioning treatment special. All the staff are friendly and engaged. You feel welcomed and are greeted warmly. One small gripe, can drinks be offered at regular intervals by the member of staff responsible, it does not seem fair to ask the stylist's or assistants as they are busy.

I felt so pampered and so special, thank you - my therapists were Alice, and hair done by Louise. Both ladies were fabulous and I will be asking for both to do my treatments again when I come back, and Ill be back soon!!

I've been a Rye Retreat client for over ten years and have never had a bad visit. The staff are friendly and professional. I always leave feeling like a million dollars.
