I had an excellent hair cut & very good service. Only thing I would say is that if the Retreat is closed the website and phone voice message should say so.

Whilst it's a good hair cut I was given,it is nothing like what I wanted. It's just a shorter version of what I already had. Came out very disappointed and don't think I will be returning

Fantastic cut and colour again with Rihanna. Sadly no complimentary hand massage this time but a lovely experience nonetheless.

Excellent service as ever. However, next time I would like to know the answers to such questions as whether or not all internal doors are the same size etc. Also, it would be preferable if there could be some thunderous classical music, perhaps with some pipe organ as well.
