Last time i visited i paid £40 for the wash cut and style, this time £50. I can't work out why I paid more. If its because of something I had put on my hair during the wash or style then I think you should let your clients know that its going to increase the cost to them. Overall I'm happy with the service and Rachel has given me another excellent cut but the unexpected price hike left me feeling disappointed.
