First time I’ve used this salon and I was impressed. The overall ambience of the salon is aimed at making your experience relaxed and peaceful. They achieved this whilst being friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

I had not had my hair cut in a while due to personal circumstances and not only did Nicko my stylist do exactly what I wanted with my hair cut and colour I was made to feel pampered and left really relaxed and energised. I would. thoroughly recommend the Rye Retreat! My daughter has also had her hair cut there over the years from about the age of 12 and has felt comfortable and loves it!

Being an older client who had reached a hiatus in knowing what style or colour suits me any more, I found Peter’s suggestions and advice helpful and reassuring.. I left the final decision to him and I was very pleased with the result which suited me. Also, Lisa cut and styled my hair, consulting me at every stage and giving helpful tips. She was warm and understanding, an angel in disguise and I give her special thanks. It was a treat to have a complimentary neck and hand massage and my whole salon experience was very relaxing. Although well out of my normal pricing comfort zone I hope to come again soon and I wish you well, that you go from strength to strength. Thank you Rye Retreat,

Coming to The Rye Retreat is always such a great experience. The surroundings are very relaxing, staff friendly, professional and listen to what you require. I feel much benefit from having the 'Stress Fix' massage.
