From the minute we stepped through the door we were made to feel welcome. All staff were highly professional and the treatments were wonderful. We LOVE the little extras - hand massage, shoulder massage, cappucino and glass of wine! Excellent

Louise who cuts my hair is a very professional and competent hairdresser, in addition she is charming to talk to and nothing is too much trouble for her! The prices at Rye retreat are not cheap but you get what you pay for! The reception desk ladies are very charming also!
