I am absolutely delighted with the way Lauren does my hair, whether it is just a blow dry or cut and blow dry and also when I have it coloured. It must be very frustrating for her due to the fact that I cannot hear, but she never complains and seems to accept it. Well done Rye Retreat and the delightful staff.

Natasha did my cut and blow dry. I had a completely different style (very short) and she did an excellent job. I was booked in with Lauren, but due to sickness I was asked if I would like Natasha to do it. I felt confident she would do a good job and I am completely satisfied. Well done Natasha and many, many thanks.
