My appointment was with Brooke for a 60mins hot stone massage, She is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced in her work which becomes obvious in the attention you receive, The massage was very thorough and not at all rushed making sure i had the most relaxing treatment possible.

I was recommended some Aveda products but only verbally. It would have been good to have the products recommended written down to take away with me. I couldn't remember all of what the therapist told me as I'd just emerged from the treatment! Afterwards, I asked the Receptionist if details of the products recommended could be emailed to me and I gave my email address to her. She told me she would ask the therapist for this but I didn't get an email or any follow up regarding products.

Always a pleasant experience. Calm, welcoming environment, complimentary de-stress and hand and arm massages whilst your hair is being fixed. Lovely! There are always some great hair and skin products available to purchase and, at the moment, some very tempting Christmas gifts which can be boxed and beautifully packed for you. I couldn't resist today! Cannot comment on the beauty treatments downstairs as have had none to date. All staff seem well trained and knowledgeable. Not frantic and noisy like many hairdressing salons - relaxing and enjoyable.
