I booked a 45 minute facial, however it only lasted 30 minutes as I had to fill out a questionnaire and then I was left for ages after i had undressed (it only takes 2 minutes!) for £45, I would have liked a full 45 minutes as advertised.

It is always a pleasure to go to the Rye Retreat. I have always been able to make an appointment even at short notice. Lovely friendly staff good atmosphere and couldn't ask for better.
