We are home to a beautiful hairdressing salon where London trained stylists offer everything from colouring to cutting and everything in between. Experiences spa therapists will help de stress and relax you with sumptuous Aveda treatments, including but not limited to, facials, massage and reflexology.

I phoned on Wed 31st Dec 2014 in the morning to see if I could change my appointment time from 9.00am on Friday 2nd Jan 2015 to later that Friday morning as it would be more convenient. I was greeted with a "Hiya" instead of "Hello", when I gave my name and the details of what I wanted to do, each element of detail was met with a "Yea", but at the end I was asked for each of these details again as the lady that took the call was obviously not really listening the first time... Eventually I got another appointment at 11.30am on Friday 2nd Jan 2015. At this stage I almost didn't bother - what kept me with The Rye Retreat was only the promise of decent service when I got there.
