I had a make up lesson with the fantastic Courtney. She was so lovely and I really enjoyed the lesson and came away with the confidence to try the new makeup looks we tried. I have already put the lesson to good use.

Always professional and provide a great service - Natalie cut my hair today on the recommendation of Hannah prior to her leaving. She asked me a number of questions to understand what I wanted and even better what I did not want. Made some great suggestions and I have left with an updated hairstyle and very happy - thank you I also wanted to have my eyebrows and and eyelashes tinted - reception were really helpful in arranging the patch test there and then so all booked in for Thursday.

Hello, due to being registered partially sighted = (for me) vision impaired = I have difficulties in very 'dimmer lighted' areas/environments So for my personal access problems I had to reluctantly give the Rye Retreat a 3 for this, as without the very helpful and totally professionally trained staff helping and guiding me = I would be in difficulty, and not feel confident. Dark, trendy, stylish décor and environments are not good for clients (like me) and more mature/older clients. Especially those who will not admit they have difficulties in seeing, getting around! Apart from this, I use the Rye Retreat for their excellent service and expertise, which makes me feel confident and relaxed when visiting, being very important for me! Which I find in Rye, (apart from the Rye Retreat), Hastings, and East Sussex and when visiting similar establishments is sadly lacking elsewhere. For these reasons, I always recommend the Rye Retreat to people. Christine Ward Regular client
