From the moment I walked into the Rye Retreat I knew this was going to be my new Salon. I recently moved to Rye and have had my hairdresser in London for the last 25 years, so choosing a new one close to my new home filled me with dread. However, I don't know why I was so worried. I was firstly taken aside by Joanne, a salon director, to discuss my needs and she recommended a fantastic stylist. I decided to book with them for Saturday 20th January,to have a complete re-style and colour. I was not disappointed. Rhianna was my stylish and again she talked at length with me about what I required and I just knew she would do a great job and left her to decide what was best. She cut my hair into a lovely new style with total precision cutting and constantly checked I was happy with how things were going. In addition, shortly after being seated and discussing my requirements I was given a neck and shoulder massage. During my colour fixing I was given an arm and hand massage, then whilst having my hair washed, was given a head massage. I would say without any doubt I had a thoroughly lovely morning and was totally impressed with the friendly professional atmosphere of this salon. I will definitely be going back and I would Highly Recommend this salon to anyone. Thank you Rye Retreat.
