I was suffering with bad lower back pain, that was keeping me awake. I had a massage . Victoria was fabulous. Advised me well and it was the best massage I have had. She worked wonders and picked up exactly where the problem areas where. 10 out of 10.

I have been visiting the Rye Retreat for about 17 years. I always receive good care and attention and value the little "extras" like hand massages as part of the whole experience which hopefully helps me feel more relaxed when I leave ! I have had good colouring and cuts with several of the ladies but today want to give a special thank you to Jo the senior stylist who gave me good colour advice and a really lovely cut so I left feeling confident and happy to start a new job next week. Thank you again Jo.

A fabulously relaxing afternoon at the Rye Retreat - Thank you to the whole team! A special thank you to Holly who did my Hot Stone Massage and to the lovely Nathalie as always for cutting my hair just the way I like it!
