Everyone came across nice and genuine, Chelsea who cut my hair was there ready at 930 at the time of my appointment which i only booked the night before, she asked me questions and actively had conversation with me, which was actually quite refreshing, the reception staff even held my jacket for me to put my arm through, thank you

Excellent haircut and facial but was disappointed with the new Aveda products as the new range just doesn't smell as nice as one I have always used. End result was good though.

I haven't been able to come recently as the charge was too high with my current salary. The 20% discount voucher made the appointment attainable. I have been to Mark before and he is by far the best hairstylist I have visited in recent years. He is entertaining and nuturing. I came in stressed from work and left calm and happy with my haircut. The aromatherapy neck and shoulder massage was superb and also the experience of the excellent adviser who massaged my arms and hands. Truly a great experience, with very good customer service. The advisers, on the desk, are bubbly and friendly too! I wish the price point was a bit more competitive, although Mark is second to none, the price is just outside my threshold.
