I have been a client now for three years and am very happy with the service and the friendliness of the staff. I had had the same hairdresser in the north east of England for 25 years before I moved south, so was delighted to find a worthy replacement. I can recommend the salon wholeheartedly.

Always a warm welcome from the reception team. Standard of cleanliness and hygiene in both hair and beauty sections is 100%. Staff are unfailingly polite, helpful and they smile! They are obviously happy to work at Rye Retreat. It has such a relaxing atmosphere that each time I go, I wish I had booked in for more treatments.

Another wonderful experience at Rye Retreat a friendly welcome from lovely staff, fantastic relaxing massage from Elsie asked me what I want explained the different treatments, oil aroma's etc and then proceed to make me drift away to very happy memories, perfectly lovely can't think of anything nicer. Even helped with my damaged knee pain. A BIG BIG THANK YOU 😊
