I would like to say that Nicky was absolutely wonderful with my son Fynn yesterday. He can get very anxious about having his hair cut and she understood completely and did everything she could to make it a positive experience for him. We will definitely be asking specifically for her to cut Fynns hair in the future. It makes such a difference for an anxious child to have someone so sympathetic and understanding. Thanks again xx
