The salon is excellent, very professional, very much a positive, uplifting experience. The prices( value for money) are high for someone that has to have a short hair cut very regularly.

Have visited this salon regularly for some years but this is first time that Rose has done my hair. She was lovely and very helpful. Paige gave a great shoulder massage but new girl, Phoebe, surpassed this with a fabulous hand/arm massage. Thank you. :-)

I'm extremely fortunate that the Rye Retreat is my local salon and I've been a client since moving to the area over a year ago. My stylist, Chelsea is truly excellent. She really listens and creates a first class cut & colour every time. The support staff are very good too and they all work extremely well together as a team. The Rye Retreat is the perfect balance of professionalism in a lovey relaxed atmosphere.

This is the 4th time that Ruby has cut and coloured my hair, and I am so happy with it. She totally restyled it last time, and I love it. I 100% trust her and that feels so good. Yes, it is quite a lot more money than Im used to paying, but the whole experience of the Rye Retreat does make it worthwhile, and having the confidence that your hairdresser knows and understands and is absolutely capable of doing what you want makes it a very worthwhile treat. Thank you Ruby and all the staff.
