I was with the large bridal party on Sat 20th Aug & was treated to a very relaxing thoroughly professional service,from the minute we walked through the door to the time we left, everyone was very attentive to all of our needs in lovely comfortable surroundings! Would highly recommend!

Sometimes the assistants have very long nails and they get in the way when washing hair! They always ask what shampoo I'd like but I don't know what my hair needs. I love the toilets, always smell so nice and love the hand cream. Louise my hairdresser is brilliant; always asks if I've been offered a drink and magazines. She's very attentive and its my one treat a month to come to Rye Retreat. I love it.

Staff are always polite, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I have noticed there used to be hand massages on offer as you were having treatment but this was not available this time. This was always a nice touch for a little bit of pampering. I always enjoy the care taken and all staff make an effort to acknowledge me as a regular customer. Thank you
