I had an appointment to see my usual hairdresser for a cut and highlights but unfortunately she was unwell. I was called in the morning to advise me of this, but that someone else would be able to do the appointment that day. I was very apprehensive and nervous about seeing anyone else as I tend to have quite difficult hair. I decided to go ahead and saw Ruby who was lovely and did an amazing job of highlighting my hair and understanding what I wanted to achieve. Followed by Petar who gave me a great haircut. Thankyou

Always a pleasant experience. Calm, welcoming environment, complimentary de-stress and hand and arm massages whilst your hair is being fixed. Lovely! There are always some great hair and skin products available to purchase and, at the moment, some very tempting Christmas gifts which can be boxed and beautifully packed for you. I couldn't resist today! Cannot comment on the beauty treatments downstairs as have had none to date. All staff seem well trained and knowledgeable. Not frantic and noisy like many hairdressing salons - relaxing and enjoyable.

An amazing hot stones massage. Truly feel so refreshed and relaxed. Lovely therapist thank you so much for the best treatment. Such a treat! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience the best pamper session.

The only downside to the experience I had at the rye retreat was the cost. Very expensive, but then you get what you pay for
