A busy salon yet still a relaxing experience. it was a nice surprise to receive a complimentary hand and arm massage whilst my hair was cut. The staff are friendly and the stylist listened to me and the result was as requested. Had many facials here but this was my first cut. I would go again.

I had Roxy doing my foils for the first time. She was absolutely brilliant,taking time to listen,got the colouring just as I wanted it and came back several times to check that the colour was working well. Mark as usual is an extremely competent hair cutter.

I don't visit as often as I would like to as I don't live in the area anymore but whenever I get the chance I book an appointment for hair cut or beauty treatment. It's always a luxury service and I feel very relaxed afterwards. Thank you.

Lovely welcome and chat with Rose before she did my hair. I was feeling quite nervous as I’ve always been at the same Hairdressers before relocating to Rye. One day I popped into Rye Retreat and had a chat about what I would like and who would be well suited to me. My appointment with Rose went very well. Not only was I put at ease, she really listened to how I would like my hair. It was very relaxing with a little massage before having hair washed. Then when having hair styled, it was so relaxing to have a hand and arm massage. I would highly recommend Rye Retreat
