I had an appointment following a call and discussion with Carol regarding my last hair appointment. I was not happy following that appointment and had a second dry cut immediately with Mark to attempt to rectify my cut. I explained to Carol that I usually have cut and colour every 10 weeks. My hair had been difficult to manage and I needed to return much earlier than usual. I am disappointed that I was asked to pay full price on this occasion as I had expected some concession as I was invited in to put it right. I expected to pay for today's appointment however I feel to have now paid over £220 in a short time frame is expensive for a half head of foils and cut.
