As always the staff were friendly and courteous and eager to please. As a regular client I have come to expect excellent service and on the whole this is what I experience. I have noticed recently that the quality of the head and shoulders massage and the arm and hand massage varies somewhat, with the experienced staff taking considerably more interest and care in ensuring that these are an integral part of the salon experience than those who are new to the salon. These extras are a real treat if done well.

I always enjoy visiting the salon. However today I didn't really like having my hair done in the front area when there was room in the the main salon which has a more relaxing atmosphere.The front area was originally reserved for male customers looking for a more no frills experience but now seems to be used for any customer.

Love the Rye Retreat the customer Service is exceptional however £65 for a shellac pedicure? Makes my visits less frequent, sadly

Hanna was very professional as always excellent 10 out of 10. The sink waste noise was irritating.
